About Us
Outsource Telemarketing was established in 2005 by Lisa Stimpson.
My background has always been in sales. I sold newspaper advertising over the phone and face-to-face for over 15 years. I left to have my family – my two beautiful daughters, who actually have been a large part of my inspiration to do my own thing in business. Whilst at home with my young family I studied with the Open University towards a degree in Environmental Sciences. I also worked in the Severn Trent Water Out of Hours Emergency Call Centre as a call centre agent and then later as a supervisory/training role. I have always been used to working under pressure and towards targets /deadlines.
Gary Stimpson, my husband is also involved in the business as he has over 20 years experience within the IT Industry and Utilities. He has Prince 2 Certification and is experienced at Project Management. He helps with manipulating databases and formatting data etc. He takes an active role organising the data for our clients and is available for small IT projects on a part-time consultancy basis.
Between us we have the perfect combination to offer a very professional approach to your telemarketing and data issues. We are a small business, which over the last few years has developed a reputation for quality of service and results. We have developed our business from referrals and recommendations alone. We are very hands on and offer a personal service. We are always willing to go the extra mile if necessary to ensure campaigns run efficiently and effectively.
Our approach is straightforward and uncomplicated. We get to know you, your products/services and then if we think we can help you, I jump into your shoes to sell those services/products to your potential prospects. We use a business owner to business owner approach with an educated and well thought out approach. I’ve come to realise over time that I actually enjoy making the calls that you hate.
